penetrate glass, porcelain, clay, plastics, paper and other
materials.
Therefore, the containers which have metal contents, such
as metal pans and plates, and which have metal edges, are
forbidden to be used in the microwave function, including glass
or pottery utensils inlaid with metal materials and lead crystal
glass utensils.
The most suitable materials for microwave oven is glass,
porcelain resisting high temperature, plastics. Using very thin,
fragile glass or porcelain utensils will extremely shorten the
cooking time.
High heat is transferred to the plate from food, making the
plate become very hot. Therefore, make sure to wear exclusive
microwave gloves.
The method of testing an utensil is that, put the container into
the microwave oven and cook at the maximum power for 20
seconds. If the container is not hot or is a little warm, it indicates
the container can be used for microwaving. If the container is
very hot or arcing occurs, it indicates that the container is not
suitable for microwaving.

9.6 Barbecue

When using the barbecue function, the utensils for the
microwave oven must have the ability against 300

o

temperature. Plastic plates are not recommended.

9.7 Combination Function

When using the combination function, that is mic
traditional heating tube, the utensils used have to be suitable for
both microwaving and barbecuing.

9.8 Aluminum Foil Container

The microwave function can be used for the food prepared in
advance in an aluminum foil container if you strictly obey the
following regulations.
Read the advices from the manufacture on its outer package.
The thickness of the aluminum foil container should be lower
than 3cm, otherwise it will touch the inside cavity walls. Remove
the aluminum foil cover.
Directly put the aluminum container on the turntable. Do not
place the container directly on the grill.
Since the microwave penetrates from the top of food, set a
relatively long cooking time. If you still feel worried, you

d better

use plates only for microwaving.

WARNING:

Never allow the aluminum foil to touch the inside

cavity walls, otherwise arcing will occur.

9.9 Cover

It is recommended to use a glass or plastic cover or plastic
wrap
