16. Hang the Door Panels
Hang the Side Door Panels
Fit a bushing over each outside track roller in the header.
With assistance, lift one of the side doors into place, and fit an outside track roller into each of the
two holes in the glass.
Insert another bushing into each hole from the opposite side of the glass. Thread a roller nut into
each roller. Hand tighten each roller nut. Use the nut wrenches (included) to carefully turn each
roller nut until the locking pellet feature is engaged.
Do not
completely tighten at this time, and
do
not
try to level the door panels yet.
Repeat for the other side door.
Hang the Center Door Panel
Fit a bushing over each outside track roller in the header.
With assistance, lift the center door panel into place, and fit an inside track roller into each of the
two holes in the glass.
Insert another bushing into each hole from the opposite side of the glass. Thread a roller nut into
each roller. Hand tighten each roller nut. Use the nut wrenches (included) to carefully turn each
roller nut until the locking pellet feature is engaged.
Do not
completely tighten at this time, and
do
not
try to level the door panels yet.
