red light is on but
no mist.
Re-connect the power and start the diffuser.
Too much water.
The diffuser has not closed the lid correctly.
Water goes into the circuit board. Please power off the machine,
let the water dry naturally.
Recheck the fan whether is work correctly.
No indication light
Check the socket and reconnect the power.
Circuit board is broken. Please check with the seller for help.
Leaking
Water goes into from the edge of the product. Please recheck the
lid is closed correctly.
Water goes into the circuit board when refilling or pouring water.
Please power off the machine, let the water dry naturally.
Mist is small
Pay attention no more water than the red max button.
Start diffuser and running for a while.
The lid not closed correctly.
Diffuser lamp

Add liquid not properly and cause permeate into the diffuser and
outflow from the bottom
Liquid permeates into the Air Outlet and outflow from the gap of
the buttons.
Pour out all remaining water and dry before further use.
Cannot Control
Light Colour via
Voice Control
(when paired with
Alexa or Google)
The random colour light show can only initiate by the Light
Button or via app control.
The colour of the lamp is composed of RGB colour. You can try
the following:
To set the lights white, say “Set light to light yellow.”
To set the lights dimming down red, say “Set light to dark red.”
To set the lights dimming up blue, say “Set light to light blue.”
