MAINTENANCE GUIDE
1 – Before the modem is disconnected from the PC, we must turn off the modem
application software and wait for the network connection icon to disappear in
the bottom right.
2 – When the modem is connected to the PC, do not insert a SIM card.
3 – Do not open the modem cover to repair it yourself. You should contact the Kogan
customer support team.
4 – Do not shake or beat the modem.
5 – Do not user chemicals to clean the surface of the modem. Use a cloth.
6 – Do not use modem in close range of medical devices.
7 – Do not use modem in aircrafts.
8 – Do not use modem near any flammable or explosive environments.
9 – Do not use during lightning storms.
