Keep the work area clean. Untidy benches and work areas invite injuries. 

 

Do not use power tools in damp or wet locations.

In order to guard against electric shock, prevent bodily contact with grounded 

surfaces (for example, radiators, pipes, refrigerator enclosures)

Do not allow children to come into contact with the tool or extension cord. 

 

When not in use, tools must be stored in a dry place, out of reach of children. 

 

Do not use excessive force with the tool. It will do the job in hand better and safer at 
the rate for which it was intended. 

 

Use the right tool. Do not force a small tool to do the job of a heavy-duty power tool.

Never carry the tool by the power cord or pull the cord to disconnect the tool from 
power.  

 

Keep the cord away from heat, oil, and sharp objects. 

 

Do not overreach. Always maintain your balance and a proper footing. 

 

Maintain tools with care. Keep tools clean for better and safe performance. Follow 

instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.  

 

Keep hands dry, clean and free from oil and grease. 

 

Disconnect tools when not in use, before servicing, and when changing any 

accessories. 

 

Remove adjusting keys and wrenches. Always check and see that keys and adjusting 
wrenches are removed from the tool before turning on. 

 

Avoid unintentional starting. Do not carry the plugged-in tool with a finger on the 

switch. Be sure that the power switch is off when plugging the power cord in.
