Power take-off
Warning!
Always disengage the clutch before engaging or disengaging the power take-off.
The gear-independent power take-off on the
2-wheel tractor can be disengaged.
The power take-off is engaged/disengaged with

8.
Differential gearbox
For easy, flexible working, a differential with a lock is built into the Frästalent (exception: FT
06). The built-in differential gearbox can be disabled in order to increase the tractive force under
difficult conditions.
The
lever
– see
fig. 14
– for switching the differential lock on and off is located at the bottom
right on the steering shaft. A safety catch is provided on the lever for latching the differential
lock when it is switched on.
Information!
Use the differential lock only in 1st and 2nd gear.
For ease of steering, the differential lock should be switched off when driving with a trailer – es-
pecially when driving around bends. The differential lock should only be engaged for as long as
necessary.
Switching on the differential lock - whilst driving
Pull the lever of the differential lock until you can press the catch downwards. This must audibly
engage. Hold the catch in this position and release the lever of the differential lock.
