Set the lens to its
minimum aperture
(f/16).

Slide the lock lever
towards the aperture
ring so that the white
dot on the tab aligns
with the orange dot.

Set the Drive mode
selector to S for
Single-frame
shooting.

selector to S for
Single Servo AF.

Press and hold the AF
Area Mode button
and rotate the Main-
Command dial to
select Single Area AF
mode.
