Wireless network connection

Cannot copy pictures from
Kodak EasyShare software.
■
Make sure your frame and computer are on.
■
Make sure the USB cable is securely connected (
page 15
).
■
Make sure you have installed the latest version of EasyShare
software (
page 1
).
■
From My Collection in EasyShare software, make sure the
pictures are in the Picture Tray.
Problem
Possible causes and/or solutions
Frame cannot connect to
the wireless network —
“Wireless network not
found” appears.
■
Make sure you have a wireless router and that it is
broadcasting the SSID, or enter the SSID manually.
■
Make sure your frame and computer are on.
■
Make sure you have installed Windows Media player 11 and
you have allowed sharing in Media player.
■
Make sure the wireless router and network are running
before
the frame begins scanning for a network.
■
Make sure you are within the operating range of the network.
Move the frame into the same room with the router.
■
Check for sources of interference in the wireless signal, such as
a microwave oven or a cordless telephone.
■
Check with your router manufacturer for a possible firmware
update.
■
Make sure your frame is using the latest firmware. Check
www.kodak.com/go/digitalframesupport
for updates.
