entered is correct and contains no spelling errors.

Double-check which email address you used to
create a Kobo account
: If you have multiple email
accounts, make sure you've signed in to your
eReader with the same email account that you used
to create a Kobo account.

Double-check which email account you used to
purchase the book
: After you buy a book from
Kobo, you'll get an email receipt with the book title,
price, and receipt number. Make sure the account
that's signed in to your eReader is the same email
account with the Kobo receipt.
Repairing your Kobo account
If your eReader is missing books, or if your eReader account
is experiencing issues, you can try repairing your Kobo
account.
Before you start, you'll need access to a Wi Fi connection. If
you have a lot of books, it may take a while.
