OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a Phillips scrswdriver, secure the 2 visa clamp  

      assemblies to the undersides of the 2 worktops, with

      the 16 wood screws Make sure the inch scale and

      protractor face the same direction as the handles on

      the vise clamp assemblies (See Fig B).
  2. Connect the tool rack crossbars to tha support legs,  

      making sure the long sides of the tool bars are facing

      outward on the support leg units, and the lndentions and  

      small folding crossbars on the support leg units are also

      facing outward. Use a Phillips screwdriver, the wrench

      provided, the 8   phillips head screws, 8 (small) nuts and 

      8 (flat) washers (see Fig.C).
  3. Connect the leg and tool bar assembly to the vise and  

      table tops assembly, making sure the handles of

      the vices are facing the same direction as name plate on

      tool rack crossbar, Usa the wrench provided and

      the Phillips head screwdrlver, the 4 large hex head bolts,

      4 nuts, and 4 larger (flat) washers (see Fig, D).

  4. Attach the non-skid rubber feet (See Fig. E)

      Attach the non-skid rubber feet (4) onto the bottoms

      of legs. The longest edge of the feet lit on the outside  

      corner of the lags.(See Fig. E)

USING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Insert the adjustable clamp pads into the desired

      work-top holes, based on the size and shape of object

      to be held in place (See Fig.F).
  2. Put the workpiece on the bench top and turn the vice  

      clamps to tighten until the clamp pads are holding the

      workpiece sacuraly.
  3. Use the rulers and protractor for measurements as

      desired.
  4. Proceed with drilling, sawing or cutting operations.
  5. Use the tool racks on crossbars to keep various tools

      such as wrenchas, scrawdrivars, scissors, and other

      tools at hand and ready to use (See Fig.G).

HINTS FOR YOUR WORKTABLE

NEVER use this workbench as a ladder, and never stand on 

top of workbench. Do not exceed the 250 lb (112.5kg). load 

limit. Always use the workbench on a solid and level surface.
Your workbench is designed to fold up for storage when not 

in use. To fold up, pull up on both outer folding supports.

As the supports are pulled up, the tabla will fold with one 

tablotop side above the other for compact storage (see Figs. 

H and I).

MAINTENANCE

Your tool requires no additional lubrication or maintenance. 
Always store your tool in a dry place.
