WARRANTY CLAIM OF TWO YEARS
You have a warranty claim of two years on this product. The warranty period begins
with the delivery of the product from your dealer. For proof please keep these pages,
the handover check signed from you, as well as the proof of purchase for the dura-
tion of the warranty period. Without presentation of these documents a complaint
cannot be processed.
WHAT DO WE ASSUME WARRANTY?
The warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects, which are available
at the time of delivery.
NO WARRANTY IS TAKEN ...
There is no warranty for defects or damage to the goods sold,
which are not represented by us. This is especially true for:
• Natural signs of use and damage due to extensive use.
• Consequential errors caused by the fact that damages / errors were not considered
lead to a more difficult repair.
• Damage due to improper or improper use (see instructions for use).
• Damage due to incorrect installation or commissioning.
• Damage due to negligent treatment or lack of maintenance of the purchased item.
• Damage caused by improper changes to the object of purchase.
• Rust: The frame is anti-rust treated to provide proper protection.
In the absence of maintenance, however, it may happen that rust spots occur.
No warranty is assumed for this.
• Scratches: Scratches are normal signs of use, for which no warranty can be assumed.
• Mold: If textiles have become damp, they must be dried properly to prevent mold growth
(see instructions for use). For mold no warranty can be assumed.
• Fading of fabrics: We confirm that the fabrics comply with the valid standards.
By sunlight, sweat, cleaning agents, abrasion (especially at the in the gripping area) or
too frequent washing fading can’t be excluded and therefore is no reason for complaint.
• Napping of the fabrics: No warranty is assumed for naps.
This falls under general dress care and can just like with wool sweaters with
a clothes brush or pimple machine are eliminated.
• Tearing the seams / press studs / of the fabric: Please check carefully when buying
all fabric parts, seams and snaps are properly sewn and fastened. Complaints of seams
and defective press studs must be complaint immediately after the error has been disco-
vered. Please contact your dealer.
• Wheels: Stroller wheels are not balanced and can therefore can become slightly
out of round. Worn down wheels are natural signs of use.
Flat air wheels can only be traced back to external impact, sharp objects or low-pressure
driving. No warranty can be given for this.
