Assembly Instructions

Warning:
Failure to follow these assembly instructions can
result in product failure, personal injury or property damage.
No tools required.
1.
Open carton and unpack all components.
2.
Turn chair base
upside down and insert castors
into the holes provided,
pressing down firmly on castors to ensure a secure fit.
3.
Turn chair base
right side up and insert gas lift cylinder
into large hole through chair base.
4.
Carefully place seat/backrest assembly
onto gas lift cylinder
, fitting cylinder into hole
in bottom of control mechanism. Press down firmly to ensure a secure fit.
5.
Without adjusting seat height, sit firmly in chair to complete assembly.
