Important notice concerning SmartMedia card
The SmartMedia card may be inserted or replaced with the power supply
switched on. Before removing a memory card, you must “close” it in the main-
tenance menu. When closing the device, make sure that the sealing is properly
seated and clean.

Up to 3 modules can be combined as
desired. Several input and communica-
tion modules are available.
Warning!
Do not touch the terminal compartment, there may be danger-
ous contact voltages!
Note
Only one module can be
connected in addition to a
FIU 3400-141 module.
