8. Perform steps 1 to 7 for the second pump head.
9. Place the pump heads (consisting of head cover (

), inter-
mediate plate (

) with valve plates/seals (

) and pressure
plate (

)) together with the connection tube on the pump
housing according to the pencil line.
10. Mount the handle cover (

/Fig. 7).
11. Tighten the screws (

/Fig. 7) of the handle cover (
3
/Fig. 7)
(tightening torque: 2 Nm).
Final steps
1. Function test
à
Connect the suction and pressure sides to the pump.
à
Electrically connect the pump.
à
Test the pump for proper function (among other things,
ultimate vacuum).
à
Disconnect the pump electrically and pneumatically
again.
2. Pump integrated in application
à
Connect the suction and pressure sides to the pump.
à
Electrically connect the pump.
à
Test the functionality of the pump.
