Check the power cord and plug regularly for any
damage. If the power cord of this device is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer
service or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid
hazards.

Do not operate the device if it has fallen on the floor or
has been damaged in any other way. In such cases,
the device must be taken to a specialist workshop for
inspection and, if necessary, repair.

Connect the mains adaptor at an easily accessible
socket, so that you can disconnect the device quickly
from the mains supply in an emergency. Pull the mains
adaptor out of the socket, in order to disconnect the
device completely. Use the mains adaptor as a decolla-
tor that should be accessible at any time.
