Before Each Use

Check to see if the oil level is maintained properly.
•
Examine the working condition of cutter blocks and the tightness of bolts.
•
If the bolts are loose or the cutter blocks are damaged, it may damage the machine and the user or
operator as well.
•
Check the power supply at the work site. The cutter uses 110V. It's not essential to be grounded but
check that the connection is grounded for safety use.
•
Always check the tightness of the two bolts attached to each cutter block prior to use. If the cutter is
used while they are loose, the cutter blocks and the housing may become damaged.
•
Check the general condition of the cutter blocks. If one of them is blunt or broken, loosen the bolts and
rotate them for a new cutter block. There are four 4 sides to each cutter block. If they are damaged or
worn, replace them.
