ERROR NOTIFICATION
When an unusual situation occurs that prevents the device from working, an error code appears
on the screen. The device is in the standby position, but the error code is shown on the screen.
Although the error is resolved, this code continues to appear on the screen until the
button
is pressed. 8 types of error codes are reported:
Error
Code
Defined Error Code

Communication error (If there is a problem with the connection between electronic
circuits)
DKB2-XX-POC400 data cable may be disconnected
DKB2-XX-POC400 data cable may be failed
POC 400 PM may be failed
Err2
PT1000 (oven temperature sensor) open-circuit
PT-1000-M2-XXX sensor connection may have been disconnected from the PM card
PT-1000-M2-XXX sensor may be failed
POC 400 PM may be failed
Err3
PT1000 (oven temperature sensor) bypass
PT-1000-M2-XXX sensor may be damaged
POC 400 PM may be failed
Err4
Excessive front panel temperature
If the temperature in the front panel electronic circuit has exceeded the limit value
(100C), check the cooling fan
OC200 UM may be failed
Err5
Excessive power module temperature
If the temperature in the power module electronic circuit has exceeded the limit value
(105C),
POC 400 PM may be failed
Err6
User module’s temperature sensor error (If there is a problem in the NTC sensor to
protect the user module electronic circuit)
OC200 UM may be failed
Err7
Power module temperature sensor error (If there is a problem with the NTC sensor to
protect the power module electronic circuit)
POC 400 PM may be failed
Err8
Main power error (If there is no heating or cooling in the oven due to faults in the
resistance or relays)
POC 400 PM may be failed
