2.  Application

ERGO-STW-R welding station  has been developed for extraction the dust laden air from the
workplace

–

from above the welding table

– and cleaning it from dry dusts (without aggressive

impurities  or without compounds creating explosive conditions)  and capturing fumes arising
during grinding, welding etc.

The welding station is appropriate for application

during machining of

 small constructional ele-

ments in lock smith workshops.  The extraction takes place upwards through the extraction
arm and downwards through the suction chamber (with a grate in top surface).
Necessarily, the device ought to be connected to the ventilation system to discharge the pol-
luted air outside the building. The maximum temperature of the conveyed air is 60

C.

3.  Reservations of Producer

Manufacturer accepts no liability for any consequences following from the operational use that
is in contradiction to the purpose of application.

A

.

Installing of any additional elements not belonging to the normal

device

 structure

(or acces-

cessory set) is not acceptable.

B

.

Any structural changes  or modification of the welding station  carried out by User on

one’s

own are not permitted.

C

.

Protect the housing from mechanical damage.

D

.  The appliance should not be applied for conveying the air containing:

●

viscous compounds that would deposit on the device structure,

●

aggressive compounds,

●

substances creating explosive conditions.
