WARRANTY – IMPACT WRENCH

Klein Tools Battery Operated Tools, manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial 

uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. 
Klein Tools, Inc. warrants that the products set forth below, which are manufactured and 

sold for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials 

and workmanship for the periods of time set forth below (unless otherwise noted on the 

product packaging). THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR 

FITNESS. At its option, Klein Tools will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, 

any product which fails to conform with this warranty under normal use and service. This 

warranty does not apply to damage from alterations, abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance, 

or normal wear and tear of the product. Proof of purchase from an Authorized Klein Tools 

Distributor is required for all warranty claims. In no event shall Klein be liable for incidental 

or consequential damage.

Three years from date of purchase — Motor, Housing, and Electronics
One year from date of purchase — Moving Parts (including: interchangeable 

heads and jaws; excluding: specialty consumables) 

IN NO EVENT SHALL KLEIN TOOLS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL 

DAMAGE. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential 

damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Three Year Limited Warranty

: DeWALT will repair, without charge, any defects due 

to faulty materials or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. This 

warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse. For further

call 1-800-4-DeWALT (1-800-433-9258). This warranty does not apply to accessories 

or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. This 

warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in 

certain states or provinces.

responsible for any injury caused by tampering and may prosecute warranty fraud to 

the fullest extent permitted by law.
