HDD Partition and Formatting   

   This section explains how to make partition and format the 

HDD installed in MediaShareMEGA. 

* If the built- in HDD is not formatted, PC can not detect the hard disk drive. If so, connect 
MediaShareMEGA to PC via USB cable and plug power cable of MediaShareMEGA then 
format the hard disk following guide. 

 

 

 

Under Window 98SE/ME environment 

 

 

Single partition is recommended. 

Even though MediaShareMEGA supports multi partitions, we recommend 
single partition for your convenient use.
