TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause Possible Solution
Grill will not light. The distance between the
ignition pin and the burner
is greater than 5/32 inch
- 3/16 inch.
Loosen the ignition pin and
adjust the distance, then
fasten it again.
The electrode tip does
not produce sparks at the
burner port. Reinstall the electrode.
No gas supplied. Turn on the regulator
valve.
Burner blows out. Gas cylinder is empty. Change the gas cylinder.
Gas supply is not
sufficient.
Check the gas supply hose
and make sure there are
no leaks and no knots.
Low heat with the knob in
“HIGH” position.
Gas cylinder is empty. Change the gas cylinder.
Low heat
(caused by the gas pipe
system)
The LPG regulator
assembly incorporates
an excess flow device
designed to supply the
grill with sufficient gas
flow.
Rapid changes in pressure
can trigger the excess
flow device, providing
a low flame and low
temperature.
Follow these instructions:
• Make sure all burners
are “OFF”.
• Open the tank valve
and wait 5 minutes.
• Light the burner one
at a time following the
lighting instructions
listed on the door
liner.
