PRODUCT OVERVIEW
OPERATION
• Turn the knob to MIN before plugging or unplugging the instrument.
•
Place the pot filled with oil or broth on the heating plate and make sure that the
bottom is completely touching the heating plate.
• Turn the knob to the MAX position. The power light will come on and the appliance
will start working.
• It is normal for the indicator light to turn off and on due to the thermostatic control.
This control system controls the temperature of the pot.
• When you are finished, turn the knob to MIN to turn off the current. The indicator
light goes out.
