The device does not
turn on.
Check whether the plug is plugged into the socket.
Check if the power cord is damaged.
Check that the unit has been turned on and the display is on.
The display shows
error code E01.
An alarm sounds and the appliance goes off as soon as
the water level is below the MIN mark. Switch off the
appliance, top up with water and restart the appliance.
The display shows
error code E02.
There is too little water in the tank. An alarm sounds and
the appliance goes off. Switch off the appliance, refill with
water and restart the appliance.
The display shows
error code E03.
The digital thermostat is broken. Contact a specialist
company for inspection and repair.
The display shows
error code E04.
The second digital thermostat is broken. Contact a specialist
company for inspection and repair.
