Disposal Considerations
Declaration of Conformity
According to the European waste regulation 2002/96/EC this symbol on the product or on
its packaging indicates that this product may not be treated as household waste. Instead it
should be taken to the appropriate collection point for the recycling of electrical and elec-
tronic equipment. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent
potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could oth-
erwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. For more detailed infor-
mation about recycling of this product, please contact your local council or your household
waste disposal service.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Surfaces:
Wash surfaces with a lukewarm soap solution and a soft cloth. Never use abrasive detergents, wire wool or
other solutions, since these can cause irreversible damage.
Aluminium fat filters:
These filters can be cleaned in a dish washer oder a degreasing agent for one hour. After soaking rinse the fat
filter with clear water und dry it before inserting it.
Danger of Fire
Clean the fat filter frequently (at least once a month), Great grease deposits pose a risk of fire.
Before cleaning the device or carrying out maintenance, turn it off and unplug it.
