Operation
Before using for the first time, be sure the unit is unplugged and then wipe the metal bowl, the blade and the
lid with a clean, dry cloth.
1. Remove the lid and place the coffee beans into the metal bowl (maximum capacity 65 grams)
2. Replace the lid and plug the unit into a wall outlet.
3. Firmly hold the lid with one hand while pushing the ON switch.

5. Once the blade has stopped, unplug the unit, remove the lid and then remove the ground coffee.
Cleaning and Care
Remove all the ground coffee powder after each use to avoid build-up of residue. Residue build-up can affect
grinding quality.
1. Unplug the unit
2. Clean the inside of the metallic bowl with ta dry cloth. Don’t use water to clean the bowl.
3. Clean the blade with a soft cloth or brush.
