The couplers are allocated to the remote control as follows:
Hearing aid pair 1: The upper couplers left (Coupler 1) and right (Coupler 2)
Hearing aid pair 2: The middle couplers left (Coupler 3) and right (Coupler 4)
Hearing aid pair 3: The lower couplers left (Coupler 5) and right (Coupler 6)
Hearing aid pair 4: Ear canal left (Coupler 7) and right (Coupler 8)
