Waste equipment is not a worthless waste! Environ

mentally sound disposal means that valuable raw ma-
terials can be recovered.
• If the device is malfunctioning and defective, unplug
it and make the device unusable by cutting the power
cable.
• Refrigeration units contain refrigerants and in the
insulation gases, which require proper disposal.
Ensure that the pipes are not damaged until they
are disposed of.
• The packaging materials of your new device are envi-
ronmentally friendly and recyclable. Please help and
dispose of the packaging environmentally friendly.
•
The packaging must not be left to children who are not
playing. There is a risk of suffocation due to folding
cartons and foils.
• Please contact your specialist dealer or your municipal
administration for the latest disposal methods.
• Please read the operating instructions and all accom-
panying documents carefully before commissioning
the unit. They contain important instructions for the
installation, use and maintenance of the device.

Carefully keep the instructions for use and installation.
• Do not use damaged equipment.
• Assemble the connection and installation according to
the installation instructions.
• Make sure that the voltage of your local mains connec-
tion matches the specifications on the rating plate or
the operating instructions.
• Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning. The steam can
get into the voltage-carrying parts of the device and
cause a short circuit or an electric shock.
• The electrical safety of the device is only guaranteed
if the earthing system of the house installation is ins-
talled correctly.

Check regularly whether the connection cable is not
damaged. In the event of damage to the connecting
cable or the device, do not use it. Have it repaired by
an authorized service company.
• In the event of a fault, during maintenance and during
cleaning, disconnect the unit from the mains. Pull out
the mains plug or switch off the fuse.
• Pull on the power plug, not the connection cable.
• Repairs to electrical equipment may only be carried
out by qualified personnel.
• Improper repairs can result in considerable risks for
the user.
• Keep bottles with a high percentage of alcohol only
standing and tightly closed.

ses (eg cream dispensers, aerosol cans) and explosive
substances in the appliance - Danger of explosion!
• Do not cover or supply ventilation openings for the ap-
pliance.
• Do not use pedestals, pull-outs, doors, etc. as a foot-
board or for supporting.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
• This appliance must not be used by children, persons
with reduced mental capacity or lack of knowledge,
unless they are supervised by a person responsible
for their safety or instructions on how to use the ap-
pliance.
• This unit contains the refrigerant Isobutan (R 600a),
a natural gas, but flammable.
• When transporting and installing the appliance,
make sure that no parts of the refrigerant circuit
are damaged. In the case of damage, avoid open
fire or sources of ignition and ventilate the room in
which the appliance is installed.
• To accelerate the defrosting process, do not use any
tools or equipment other than those recommended
by the manufacturer.
