Turn on the device and restart after the tempe-
rature returns to normal. If necessary please

Temperature sensor of
the IGBT failure
Turn on the device and restart after the tempe-
rature returns to normal. If necessary please
contact the supplier.
E1/E2
Abnormal supply
voltage
Please inspect whether power supply is nomal.
Power on after the power supply is normal.
If necessary please contact the supplier.
E3/E4
Abnormal temperature
Please inspect the pot. Restart hob after the
temperature returns to normal.
If necessary please contact the supplier.
E5/E6
Bad induction hob heat
radiation
Please restart after the induction hob cools
down.
If necessary please contact the supplier.
EO/FD/FC
Communication failure
Make sure the cooktop is connected to the
power supply and that it is switched on.
Check whether there is a power outage in your
home or area.
If you‘ve checked everything and the problem
persists, call a qualified technician.
