• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic
from the device.
• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth.
Never use abrasive products.
• Never use the mixer for longer than 1 minute continuously, after this allow the mixer to cool
down for 5 minutes.
• The blades of the slicing and chopping disk and the blade chopping are very sharp, avoid
physical contact, you can seriously injure.
USE
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Using The Hand Mixer
• Place the whisk base on the engine unit and press until it locks.
• Place the guard in the whisk base. To remove the guard from the whisk base, pull the guard
from the mixer bowl.
• Connect the power cable to the socket and select with the speed buttons the desired speed.
If you press one of the switches off the device the device starts directly, by releasing the
switch stops the machine immediately.
• You can stir minor ingredients such as egg white, cream, instant desserts and eggs and sugar
for cakes.
Using the Stick Blender
• Place the stick blender onto the engine unit and press until it locks.
• To unlock the stick blender, press the release buttons and take off the stick blender
• Connect the power cable to the socket and select with the speed buttons the desired speed.
If you press one of the switches off the device the device starts directly, by releasing the
switch stops the machine immediately.
• Always use the delivered measuring cup for pureeing and chopping fruit, vegetables and
small pieces of meat.
Using the Chopper Bowl
• Place the blade at the pivot point in the middle of the bowl.
• Place the lid on the bowl. Place the engine on the lid and press until it locks.
• Connect the power cable to the socket and select with the speed buttons the desired speed.
If you press one of the switches off the device the device starts directly, by releasing the
switch stops the machine immediately.
• You can use meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, bread, cookies and nuts heels. Do not chop
any hard foods like coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate, this may damage the knife.
Remove any bones from the meat and cut food into cubes of 12 cm. Place the bowl on a flat,
stable surface.
