CLEANING AND SANITIZING 

IMPORTANT:

 To maintain the appearance and increase the service life, clean and sanitize your 

equipment daily after use. Clean before use if equipment has not been used for a while. 

 

BEFORE CLEANING, SERVICING, OR DISASSEMBLE ANY PARTS, always turn 
conveyor toaster OFF and unplug unit. 

 

NEVER attempt to clean conveyor toaster while toaster is in operation. 

 

DO NOT put components in the dishwasher or immerse base in water. 

 

DO NOT hose down, pressure wash, or pour water on conveyor toaster. 

 

NEVER use a scrubber pad, steel wool, or abrasive material to clean conveyor 
toaster. 

 

Allow the parts to air dry before placing them back on conveyor toaster.

 

 

EXTERIOR, BOTTOM & BACK TRAYS

  

1. Confirm that the unit is unplug. 

2. Allow the toaster to cool.  

3. Wipe off the unit with a dry cloth and wait at least half an hour before reconnecting to 

the power outlet.  

4. Remove the Bottom and back trays from the unit. Dispose of the crumbs and clean the 

trays with a damp cloth or sponge dipped in soapy water. Refit the trays before reusing 

the unit. 

CONVEYOR BELT 

 1. Turn off the toaster and allow the unit to cool down.  

2. Turn the unit on and set to Standby Mode, adjust the belt to slow speed.  

3. Using an abrasive pad, wipe the conveyor belt in a back and forth motion (ie: side to side) 

to remove baked-on product.  

4. Finally, clean the belt with a damp cloth in the same manner described in number 3.
