3. Wipe the power cord and plug dry.

4. Wipe your hand dry and insert the plug in the power socket

5. Press the Power Button. (See Fig 4.)

6. Press the Mode Button until the target temperature is shown. 

(See Fig 4.)

7. Use the Plus (+) / Minus (-) buttons to set the required temperature 

between 90F° (32C°) and 210F° (98C°) . (See Fig 6.)

7a. Please refer to the USDA website for safe cooking temperatures 
      and times and set the time and temperature accordingly.

8. Press the Start Button.

9. Let the AquaChef® preheat the water to the desired temperature until 

the Indicator light turns blue.

10. Place the items to be cooked in the basket.

11. Lower the basket gently into cooker.

12. Close the lid.

13.

Press the Mode button until the time remaining is shown. (See Fig 4.)

14. Use Plus (+) / Minus (-) buttons to set the Cooking time. (See Fig 4.)

15.

 Allow the items to fully cook.

16. At the end of cooking time, the AquaChef® will beep.

17.

Open the lid and gently withdraw the basket.

 Use caution the basket 

and food will be hot.

18.

 Press the Power Button to turn the AquaChef® off. (See Fig 4.)
