INSTALLATION
18V DC Power Supply
NOTE:
When power is connected to the motor, a blue LED inside the control button housing will flash to indicate
the shade is ready for operation.
■
Plug the power cable from the shade motor into the extension cable.
■
Plug the other end of the extension cable into the 18V DC Power Supply.
■
Plug the 18V DC Power Supply into a power source.
Proceed to “Testing the Shade” on page 13.
Double Connector Power Cable (If Applicable)
NOTE:
Refer to this section only if you have a double connector power cable.
Install the Batteries into the Battery Wand or Satellite Battery Pack

Refer to “Replace the batteries in the battery wand.” on page 17.
Mount the Battery Wand or Satellite Battery Pack
■
Refer to “Attached Battery Wand” on page 9.
■
Refer to “Satellite Battery Pack” on page 9.
Connect the Double Connector Power Cable
■
The double connector power cable is used to adapt two battery wands to one large shade.
■
Route the power cable from the shade to the double connector and connect
the short cable to the first battery wand.
■
Connect the longer cable on the double connector
to the second battery wand.
