The booklet covers instructions for following types of RKB Vertical (cold model)
pumps.

Cold model pumps (without stuffing box cooling arrangement) are supplied for
liquid having temperature up to 90°C.
1.3
Pumps when properly installed & given due care in operation & maintenance
should operate satisfactorily for a long period of time.
1.4
When the pump is received, sometime before the actual use of pump, it should
be inspected & located in dry place. The shaft should be rotated once in a
month to prevent pitting of bearing surfaces.
