Turn it clockwise to turn on the radio. Turn it counterclockwise until you hear a click to turn off the
radio.
With the radio turned on, turn it to increase/decrease the volume.

LED Indicator
LED indicator lights in red when transmit signal; LED indicator lights in green when receive signal.
LED indicator flashes red when the battery voltage is low.
