Note:
If you press
when the radio is sending remote monitor signaling, it will stop and exit the remote
monitor mode.
If the retry count is used up and no response is received, the radio automatically exits the mode and
shows”Remote Control Failed”.
10.6 Scan
In order to receive voice and data from multiple channels, the radio can be programmed to scan these
channels. The radio supports up to a maximum of 128 scan lists and each scan list supports a maximum of
16 channels. Mixed scan of analogue and digital channels are available. You can relate different channel to
different scan list.
By editing the scan list, you can add or delete the channels on the scan list and set priority channel.
10.6.1 Checking the Scan List
1) Press
in the home screen to enter the menu.
2) Select and enter “
Scan” menu.
3) Select “Checking Scan List” to check the members on the list (
represents priority channel 1;
represents priority channel 2;
represents conventional channel).
Note:
If priority channel is set, the priority icon will be displayed on the right of the member alias, indicating that
the member is on priority channel 1/priority channel 2. It can’t be multiple priority channel 1 or priority
channel 2 on the same scan list. If there is no priority channel, the icon indication will not exist.
