Installation
The installation procedure varies between different barrel / tub models. Common to them
all is that you use two rubber hose pieces and hose clamps to fix the heater in its place.
Using of the fixing pieces and installation height varies.
There is a grate cradle in the bottom of the heater. There is one
grate in the cradle and on the top shelf there is a fire plate. The
flames in the heater will be directed to the chimney behind this fire
plate. It makes sense to remove these pieces for the installation so
the heater is as light as possible.
The grate cradle and the fire
plate must always be in their places when using the heater.
(See picture on the left)
In all installation types it is advisable to spray silicon spray or other
lubricant like soap inside the rubber hoses to tighten the hose clamps evenly and to
prevent the hoses from wrinkling.
The following describes fixing the heater to different tub types.
