When using the machine, always observe

the additional safety instructions.

STEAM WALLPAPER STRIPPERS

Steam wallpaper strippers must not be
used by children or untrained persons.
■
Do not use the appliance in the presence
of children and/or animals.
■
Do not point the appliance towards
people, animals or electrical appliances.
■
Always check the working surface to see
if it is suitable for the appliance.
■
Always unplug the appliance before filling
it with water.
■
Only use clean water when filling the
appliance.
■
Do not use detergents, acids or flammable
liquids in the appliance.
■
Do not submerge the appliance in water
or other liquids.
■
Do not use the appliance without the filler
cap.
■
Avoid touching hot parts of the appliance.
■
Let the appliance cool down after use.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Always check that the power
supply corresponds to the
voltage on the rating plate.
DESCRIPTION (fig. A)
Your steam wallpaper stripper has been
designed for removing wallpaper.
1 Water tank
2 Filler cap
3 Hose
4 Steam plate
Mounting the hose (fig. B)
■
Fit one end of the hose (3) on the
connection (7) of the water tank (1).
■
Securely tighten the coupling nut.
Mounting the steam plate (fig. C)
■
Fit the steam plate (4) with the connection
(8) on the other end of the hose (3).
■
Securely tighten the coupling nut.
Filling the water tank (fig. A)
■
Remove the filler cap (2).
■
Fill the water tank (1) with water.
■
Replace the filler cap.
Instructions for use
■
Make sure that the steam leaves the
steam plate steadily and without pressure
to correctly penetrate the wallpaper.
■
Slowly move the steam plate with circular
movements over the wallpaper.
■
When removing thick wallpaper, it is
necessary to let the steam absorb into the
wallpaper for approx. 15 minutes before
removing the wallpaper.
■
When removing coated or washable
wallpaper, first make a cut in the wallpaper
to let the steam under the top layer.
■
Never hold the steam outlet at the same
point for a long period.
