Factory Reset
Warning:
Performing a factory reset on the Kinivo URBN will delete any
previous pairings and will restore the headphones to factory default settings.
Only perform this if you are experiencing any issues with the product.
1. Power on the Kinivo URBN Headphones. If they connect to a device,
disconnect the Kinivo URBN from your device.
2. In standby mode, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons
for 8 seconds and release it when the red and blue LEDs flash alternately.
Note:
After the factory reset is completed, the memory is cleared. When turning
on the headphones again, it will enter pairing mode automatically. Re-pair and
connect with your device.
