ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
THE GV–52/60
LEGS
TABLE TOP

STEP-I
Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood.
NOTE:
During assembly of the furniture please match all the joints with the corresponding
letters or numbers stamped on the furniture.
STEP-II
Fit the CROSS BRACE tenons in to the LEG m ortise holes
using the stamped numbers or letters as guides.
STEP-III
Fit the LEG ASSEMBLY into the TABLE TOP using the
stamped numbers or letters as guides. Using a rubber m allet
or a hammer with a block of wood between the ham mer and
the wood, drive the tenons and the m ortise holes evenly until
all joints fit snugly together. Insert the two knock down bolts as shown in assem bly pictures.
Secure them with a proper screw driver (using a power screw driver could lead to damage).
STEP-IV
Drive the dowels (as seen in photographs) by using direct
sharp blows with a ham mer (again, please use the sanding
block between the dowels and the hammer for the last few
blows). Do not force the dowels further than they can go and
be careful not to mar the wood. Any protruding dowels can easily be sanded away.
