ASSEMBLY & OPERATIONS

MOVING YOUR BANDSAW

1. Use a 2000kg. chain hoist connected to the top mounted hook (A) Fig.1

to move the Bandsaw to the desired location.

2. To ensure sufficient stability and security, bolt the base of the Bandsaw

to the floor using the 4 mounting holes.                                          

ASSEMBLY

1. Attach handle (B) Fig. 1 to the handwheel (C), then fix the handwheel to

the side of the Bandsaw.

2. To mount the table, remove table insert and table pin from the table.

Slide the blade through the table and place the table onto the trunnions,
line up the 4 mounting holes and fix table to trunnions using spring
washers and hex. bolts (Fig. 2), then replace table insert and table pin. 

ADJUSTING 90 DEGREE TABLE STOP

1. Unplug power cord.

2. Loosen lock knob (A) Fig. 2 and tilt table to the left until it rests against

table stop bolt (B). 

3. Place a square (A) Fig. 3 on the table and against the blade (B) to see

if the table is 90 degrees to the blade.

4. If it is not 90 degrees, use the micro-adjustment knob to position table

at 90 degrees. Loosen hex. nut and adjust table stop bolt (B) Fig.2. After
the adjustment, make sure the table is 90 degrees to the blade.
