Note: The following instructions use the
Voyager DVR Drill Press model 58006 for the
Safety Guard installation procedures.
1) Remove the quick release nut (A) Fig.1.
2) Loosen and remove the cap screw (A) Fig.2
which secures the depth stop mount (B).
Slide the depth stop mount downwards and
remove it.
3) Slide the depth stop mount (A) Fig.3 of the
Safety Guard assembly onto the Drill Press
quill. Make sure the depth stop rod (B) was
positioned inside the bracket (C) first as
shown in Fig.3. Secure the depth stop
mount (A) to the quill using the same cap
screw (A) Fig.2 removed previously.
4) Reinstall the previously removed quick
release nut (A) Fig.4 on the depth stop rod
(B) as shown.
