Step B

Starting with the center section connect all “C” and “D” pipe together and to their corresponding 3 & 4 way

connectors. Slide the short piece of the Woven Steel Cable over one end of each 3 & 4 way connector (The

cable should hang loosely until the second section is installed)

Align  the  predrilled  holes  so  that  the  bolts  can  easily  fit  through.  Bolt  the  pipe  together  using  the

5/16” x 2 1/2” Bolts. Be sure that the flat part of the bolt is on top so that the cover fits flush to the frame. (If the

bolts are sticking up the bolt will puncture the cover). Once the centre frame work is fully connected assemble

the left and right sections. Connect Pipe “A” & “B” together, align and connect the pipe to the appropriate 3 &

4 way fittings. At this time finish installing the King Truss Cable system by slipping the end of the longer cable

over the 3 & 4 way fittings (on the left and right sections) and through the short cable hanging from the centre

fittings. (See Figure B)

Next connect Pipe E & F using the 5/16” x 1 1/2” bolt. Be sure the flat surface of the bolt is facing upward so

the end wall can slide across easily. Now connect the assembled E & F pipe to the pre-drilled holes at the two

ends (A pipe) using the 5/16” x 2 1/2” bolt. *(Again be sure that the flat surface of the bolt is facing the outside

so the cover sits flush against the frame.)
