OPERATION

FIXING & CHANGING DRILL BIT 

1) Turn the Right Angle Drill off first.

2) Clean the shivers and any other foreign objects

away  from  the  bit  (A)  Fig.1  and  chuck  (B),

otherwise  the  bit  might  not  be  tightened

securely  and  thus  will  induce  severe  personal

injuries.

3) Insert the bit into the chuck, make sure that the

bit is in as far as it will go.

4) Place the chuck key (C) in one of the 3 holes,

then  tighten  all  three  jaws  of  the  chuck  by

rotating the chuck key clockwise.  

WARNING

! More than 1/3 of the general length of the drill bit must protrude out of the chuck jaws.

5) When dismantling the drill bit, loosen the three jaws with the chuck key, then remove

the drill bit.

NOTE

: Always remove chuck key before restarting drill.

TRIGGER & LOCK-ON BUTTON

WARNING

: Before pluging into power source, make sure the trigger switch can be pressed

down  smoothly  and  will  return  to  its  “OFF”  position  when  the  trigger  is  released.  This

power  tool  is  equipped  with  a  “Trigger  Lock-On”  button  which  is  convenient  when

continuous operation for extended periods of time is required.

1) Press down trigger switch (A) Fig.2 to start tool,

release  to  stop.  This  tool  can  operate  at

different speeds, the speed can be adjusted by

the pressure applied to the trigger switch.

2)  For  continuous  operation,  press  down  the

trigger  switch  (A)  Fig.2  and  push  the  “Trigger

Lock-on” button (B) located on the side of the

handle, then release the trigger. 

3) The tool will continue running until the release

of the “Lock-on” button. To stop the tool, press

then release the trigger switch.

4) When “Lock-on” feature is engaged during use

and the tool becomes disconnected from the power supply, disengage the “Lock-on”

feature immediately by pressing then releasing the trigger switch.

REVERSIBLE ROTATING DIRECTION (FORWARD/REVERSE)

The rotating direction of the drill is controlled by Fwd/Rev. switch (C) Fig.2 located above

the trigger. 

•With the drill held in normal operating position, the Fwd/Rev. switch should be pushed to

the right side of the trigger for forward drilling operation.

• Direction of rotation is in reverse when the Fwd/Rev. switch is pushed to the left side of the

trigger.

NOTE:

The drill will not operate unless the Fwd/Rev. switch is pushed fully to the left or right.
