Select the

under
Devices (HD Camera)

Uncheck
“Verify Upgrade File”

Select the firmware
“KVB120_Video_...” via “Upgrade File...”.
6.
Start
“Upgrade”

Start the
KVB120_audio_updater
3.
Press
“Search”
and select
CommuniKam KVB120
under Devices (should be the only one displayed)

Select the firmware
“KVB120_Audio_...” via “Open File”
