MAKING THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION.
WARNING : THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHED AND MUST BE
CONNECTED VIA A 3 AMP FIXED FUSED SPUR WITH A
MINIMUM CONTACT SEPARATION OF 3MM - DO NOT
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONNECT TO A 13AMP
TYPE PLUG AND SOCKET
a)
Whilst feeding the 5 core cable through the cable entry hole in
the fan unit, press the fan unit into the wall plate until it engages
securely. Fix in position with the screws provided.
b)
Connect the 6 way minature plug into the 6 way socket emerging from
the circuit board, as shown below in Fig. 22

c)
Connect the earth wire from the wiring loom onto the fan
enclosure earth point as shown above in Fig. 22
d)
Re-fit the painted fan box cover and secure with the screws
provided.
