1.
Remove the display housing
2.
Locate key tact switch A and B ( A is located under the MODE key and B is located under the ZERO
key ) on the main PCB.
3.
Press and hold any of the keys while powering the unit on – the unit will then go into calibration mode.
4.
The value displayed should be 16,000 +/- 2000 – if not, then please adjust using the VR1
5.
Once the necessary display value is displayed, press the A key to go into the span mode.
6.
Press the TARE key to zero the display.
7.
Put a weight equal to the scales’ total capacity on the platform and press the B key to accept.
8.
The display will scroll values – press the B key again when you see the value equal to the weight on the
platform.
9.
The calibration is now completed.
