3.3 Structure of LCD Screen
The tester’s LCD screens are composed of setting screens and execution screens, as
shown in Fig. 3-1. On the setting screens, settings can be made for the tester and test
conditions or automatic testing can be programmed. The execution screens indicate
the test status.
