T o cancel the protection function, eliminate the cause of the problem and then press
the ST OP switch.

T OS6200 pr otection
When the T OS6200, while controlled by the tester , enters the PR O TECTION status,
the tester itself also enters the PR O TECTION status. “T OS6200” fl ashes on the
LCD.
T o cancel the status, eliminate the cause of the problem with the T OS6200 and then
press the ST OP switch.

Comm unication err or during T OS6200 contr ol
When an error occurs in interf ace settings or communication cables while the tester
is controlling the T OS6200, “COM ERR” fl ashes on the LCD.
T o cancel the protection function, eliminate the cause of the communication error
and then press the ST OP switch.
