Preparation | Preparing for Connecting a DUT
Constructing sensing cable
Use sensing connectors and wires to construct sensing cable.
Remove the insulation of each cable 6 mm from the end, firmly secure each cable with the screw so that it
will not come off from the connector.

Using AWG24 to AWG20 (0.20 mm

to 0.52 mm

) cables, construct the following
sensing cable.

Positive voltage-sensing terminal. Connect it to the DUT’s positive terminal.

Negative voltage-sensing terminal. Connect it to the DUT’s negative
terminal.

RVS
Extensions terminal. Do not connect anything to this pin.

RVS
Extensions terminal. Do not connect anything to this pin.
FG Shield grounding terminal. This is connected to the PFX2731S chassis.
Do not connect the shield electric potential anywhere on the DUT.
7 mm
Up to 5 m in length

Do not connect the
shielded potential of
the 2-core shielded
cable anywhere.
Use this screw (M2.6) to
fix the wire in place.
Remove the first 7 mm of
the wire’s covering, and
then insert the wire here.
