Sets the starting phase angle and whether to suddenly change the phase of the se-
quence step.

Value: 0 to 599 Number of the step that you want to configure

Enables phase control
OFF(0) Disables phase control (default)

Value:
0.0 to 360.0
Starting phase angle (The default value is 0)
0 and 360 are the same.

Enables sudden phase change
OFF(0) Disables sudden phase change (default)
